A gourmet breakfast is served each morning at an antique table in a magnificent room with a slate floor overlooking Lake Ontario. The breakfast service is fine china with silver and linen. Complete with a huge old brass chandelier, high ceilings, open hearth fireplace and surrounded with French doors that soar from floor to ceiling, the experience is baronial and unique.

At Christmas time, Philip designs, bakes and decorates unusual gingerbread creations such as trains, boats and carousels that are donated to charities as fund raisers.
